YOGA & MEDITATION:
Experience a variety of Yoga styles suitable for any body. We may flow for increased heart rate (Vinyasa), stretch slowly and deeply to open connective tissue (Yin), focus on an individual pose or set of poses (Iyengar, Anusara) or rest deeply in restorative poses, always with an open heart, focus on breath work, and quiet listening to discover our own inner Yoga.
